Standard Ivanti integration plugin
SYNERGY will provide an annual subscription for one pre-existing standard integration plugin for your Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform to enable data exchange between systems. You will receive a readiness meeting to verify your environment meets deployment prerequisites. The plugin will be deployed and configured with up to 2 hours of remote assistance. You will get up to 5 hours of remote support annually for assistance, updates, or issue resolution. Deliverables include the configured standard plugin, documentation, updates, and annual support. The service will exclude advanced plugins, custom development, support beyond 5 hours annually, or deployment assistance beyond 2 hours. The term is 12 months, renewable annually.

What additional options are available for integrations services?
SYNERGY offers custom development services for clients needing new bespoke Ivanti integrations when existing plugins do not cover specific systems or technologies. These include development of new standard integrations for single-point API connections or basic data imports, and development of new advanced integrations for multi-system data flows or custom workflow logic. Clients will receive a requirements meeting, design, testing, deployment, and one year of support with up to 2 hours of remote assistance and 5 hours of annual remote support.
