Advanced implementation offers high-availability configuration and premium support. Platform training, spanning 2 to 5 days, is available based on client needs.

Standard Ivanti platform deployment
SYNERGY will deploy the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform with standard configurations to support your IT and business workflows. You will receive on-premises or cloud setup on your provided infrastructure, integration with one Active Directory or Entra ID instance for user authentication, and connection to one email service for notifications. The self-service portal will localise to one specified language, with your branding applied via logo and colour scheme. You will get 8 hours of training for up to 2 administrators on platform navigation, user management, basic configurations, and standard workflows. The deployment will exclude high-availability setups and additional integrations. It will complete within 5 business days after pre-deployment assessment, excluding training. You will receive 5 concurrent user licences and 1-year Ivanti Standard Support for updates and patches.
Advanced Ivanti platform deployment
SYNERGY will deploy the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform with advanced configurations to support your IT and business workflows in high-availability mode. You will receive on-premises or cloud setup on your provided infrastructure, integration with one Active Directory or Entra ID instance for user authentication, and connection to one email service for notifications. The self-service portal will localise to one specified language, with your branding applied via logo and colour scheme. You will get high-availability configuration and 8 hours of training for up to 4 administrators on platform navigation, user management, configurations, workflows, and high-availability maintenance. It will complete within 15 business days after pre-deployment assessment, excluding training. You will receive 5 concurrent user licences and 1-year Ivanti Standard Support for updates and patches.
What additional options are available for platform deployment services?
SYNERGY provides a range of optional add-ons that allow clients to extend and adapt their standard or advanced Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform deployments. These include additional man day work packages for extra configuration tasks, packs for more concurrent user licences with annual support, support for extra languages in the self-service portal, advanced training courses for administrators, upgrade services for on-premises instances, and premium support with dedicated account management.
