Standard ITIL process design
SYNERGY will deliver ITIL-aligned process design for one standard ITIL process to automate your IT and business workflows. You will receive facilitated workshops to design workflows for processes such as Incident Management, Request Fulfilment with up to 5 service offerings, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Monitoring and Alerting with up to 3 integrations, or Service Catalogue Management. The Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform will be configured with standard workflows. You will get 4 hours of training for staff on process implementation and platform usage. Deliverables include process documentation, test use cases, work instructions, and configured platform settings. The service will exclude advanced processes, bespoke integrations, or additional training. It will complete within 8-12 weeks after Statement of Work approval and access to your Ivanti environment.
Advanced ITIL process design
SYNERGY will deliver ITIL-aligned process design for one advanced ITIL process to automate your IT and business workflows. You will receive facilitated workshops to design workflows for processes such as Change Management with up to 3 change types (standard, normal, emergency), Request Fulfilment with 6-20 service offerings, Asset and Configuration Management with up to 5 asset types, Security Incident Management, Release and Deployment Management excluding automations, or Monitoring and Alerting with 4 or more integrations. The Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform will be configured with advanced workflows and automation rules. You will get 4 hours of training for staff on process implementation and platform usage. Deliverables include process documentation, test use cases, work instructions, and configured platform settings. The service will exclude additional processes, bespoke integrations, or extra automations. It will complete within 12-16 weeks after Statement of Work approval and access to your Ivanti environment.
What additional options are available for process design services?
SYNERGY provides an optional add-on that allows clients to extend their Standard or Advanced ITIL-aligned process design services. This includes an additional 5 man days work package for extra process design or optimisation tasks, such as refining existing process documentation or adjusting Ivanti workflow settings. Clients can purchase multiple packages to complete required tasks, with all work defined in a mutually agreed Statement of Work.
